    4:15 P.M. – 5:30 P.M. Yin Yoga / Slow Deep Stretch with renee’
    6:00 P.M. – 7:15 P.M. Hatha Yoga / All levels with renee’
    community class $7.00 portion of proceeds to benefit animal rescue organizations.
     
    Wednesday:
    5:15 P.M. – 6:30 P.M. Kundasara Flow Yoga / All Level with donna
    Opening chakras, increasing stamina and creating a feeling of peace and clarity within.
    6:30 P.M. – 7:45 P.M. Yoga for Athletes / Weekend Warriors with annalisa
    Not just for athletes a complete 75 min. workout that strengthens and stretches the body.
     
    Thursday:
    9:30 A.M. – 10:45 P.M. Hatha Yoga / All level with renee’
    4:15 P.M. – 5:30 P.M. Yin Yoga / Slow deep stretch with renee’
    6:00 P.M. – 7:15 P.M. Candlelight Restorative Yoga with annalisa
